• 2024-25 Incoming Grade K and Grade 9 Students

     

    All incoming Grade 3rd and Grade 6 students including all new District Grade K registrants will receive a Chromebook Device in September pending all required documentation* is signed at the start of the 2024-25 school year and the mandatory Protection Plan fee is paid. Further information will be provided with the documentation when it is available.

    *All required documentation and the mandatory Protection Plan payment will be available prior to the start of the 2024-25 school year via Genesis Parent Portal.

     

    Additional Chromebook distribution details are outlined below by grade. *Further information will be provided throughout the summer months.

    • Incoming Grade 3-8 student distribution will take place during the first weeks of school.

    • Incoming Grade 9-12 students' collection/distribution will take place during Freshman Orientation. Absent students will receive their device during the first week of school

      • The collection portion for Grade 9 students only applies to students who completed Grade 8 at Richard Butler School. All Grade 9 students will receive a new device.
